your best bet may be just to change out the horn and heater motor and get a resistor for the fuel gauge. high wattage accessories dont really work well with resisitors. i had a 24 to 12v converter - a ceramic block with a coil in it. it worked, but made a dangerous amount of heat. when i ran the heater, i could see the coil glowing inside the ceramic box. you should easily find a horn and heater motor and be able to sell your 6 volt horn.
