Hi Guys!
In California, up until 1999, diesels were exempt from ANY emmissions requirements, however the peoples republic of kalifornia does have decibel meters at various locat1ons around the Southland to monitor your sound output. If the meter goes over 85dbs, you are photographed and a $271 ticket is mailed to your home.
