I'm not sure what the trans is but you don't want it, it's not HD enough to have a PTO and it's kaput. It is a Chevy/GM adapter pattern. A GM version NV 4500, or a Ranger overdrive and either SM420 or SM465 will also work well. The 420 is actually a little better. It is 1.5" shorter and 3rd is 1.70 which offers a better 3rd-OD split at 1.24 than the 465 with 3rd at 1.57, 3rd-OD at 1.146. But 420s and parts for them are getting a bit scarce, they stopped making them in '67.
You'll need a GM bellhousing for either the NV4500 or the SMs. Both are stock parts of course.
Unfortunately the ZF S6-650 in GM configuration isn't available in the aftermarket yet (the Ford version is), I've beaten that to death recently, since I'm putting a Cummins 6AT3.4 into a restored but drivetrain-less '67 Landcruiser 4 door wagon.
I can get GM adapters for that motor but not the right Ford adapters.
