Try contacting Herb Hobi in Oregon. He's got several trucks restored in the photo classified section, but I know he has a PW crewcab because some dumbkopf whose initials are DON SAWYER let Herb steal it from him. It'll probably cost between $60,000 to a $1million once Herb's done restoring it.
(It could have been Ron Sawyer, they look awfully much alike).
