thanks gary, i appreciate it. i used to have a w350 4x4 and would be willing to bet that the power booster and dual reservior setup would work on the 500. it did have a larger reservior for the front brakes(disc) but i think if it was installed minus the proportioning valve the brake system would never know it. i'm going to do some more checking on different master cylinders and when i do come up with what i think is a good working system i will try it and let you know...thanks again, sal
