If you want MPG go 3.55 if you want pulling power 4.10
I would not have anything but a 4.10 so much easier on your truck and you have it when you need it.
Reason most folks in a Dodge go with 3.55 is because they lose 5th gear all the time, and they can get home quicker with 3.55!!!!

Honestly 3.55 sounds like the setup for you.
