Hi Kevin....my truck has the standard 236 prefix, and does not carry a special prefix like the PC/PD 500-600.
Although it lacks a SERT tag, the data tag reads SPECIAL in the engine HP slot, and the original emblems and stickers associated with the Perkins Diesel Dodges are genuine. it has other goodies on it that were "not optional" to the W300, but are from the factory.
