Take them to a black smith shop or somewhere with a forge.
You can do it at home if you have a big enough rosebud and a big vice. But, since you're asking, you probably don't.
If they just need a little bit of adjustement, I'd put them in a big vice and "tweek" them. That's the way they got bent anyway.
