That is the measurement between the bottom of floor and the peddle in the full released position. This adjusts the peddle height. If your peddle is not hitting the floor I would not worry about it. The important clutch measurement is the amount of movement before you hit resistance when depressing the peddle. This is set to less than 1 inch.
