...is off or on? There is a wire to it and the pump I had before worked but needed to be replaced cause the engine was having a difficult time getting all the fuel it needed. I'm going to take the tip of disconnecting the fuel line from the pump and use a little air pressure in the tank to bring the fuel up to the pump, then reconnect and start (I hope).
