Yes, I could, the machine shop part is a cinch...Now your truck has 8 lug wheels right? Wasn't 68 the change from the goofy wide 6? So I understand that the drum diameter is 14.125 from new on my drums, is this the same drum you have except for the 8 lug pattern?----Mark----
