If you are looking for the original headlight switch, they sometimes show up on Ebay, new and used. The actual knob is the part which seems hardest to find in good condition and at a reasonable price, if you care about originality.
If you're just having problems with the switch, they are pretty simple devices and you may be able to fix it by cleaning up the contacts. Just make sure you pay attention to which part goes where when you take it apart.
