Sounds like you have done some research. I was just wondering if you were assuming 1500 psig stock. The company that rebuilt my steering box told me they blew a steering box apart while experimenting with increasing the pressure to the box. He never said what the pressure was when it happened though they probably were too busy ducking for cover!
