Sandpoint is in the bigger town surrounded by Sagle, Ponderay, and Kootenai. All 4 towns have their own post office. Sagle is 6 miles away, Ponderay is about 3 miles away and Kootenai is about 5 miles away. If I mail a letter in Sandpoint to someone in any of those 3 towns, it will go to Spokane first. I'm sure they can explain it, but it won't help.
