I had the Suiter pump bracket and discarded it in favor of a 440 ps bracket that I modified to mount on the 318 head instead of the 440 water pump ear. You can get a brand new reproduction bracket for a reasonable price, and it has the provision to use a ratchet handle to assist with belt tensioning.
