When I made the first one I should have made 2 or 3 more. I sold the truck the first one is on and had to make one for the truck I have now.

Base is 3/8" (probably could get by with 5/16") x 1 5/8" x 1 1/8". Vertical "legs" are 2" from winch surface and 1 1/8" wide, with hole for pivot rod at 1 5/8" from winch surface to center.
The pivot rod hole is NOT centered in the 1 1/8" width. You need to play with the location based on the fulcrum point of the clutch fork shifter, especially if it is an aftermarket shifter.
