I can't view your link because I don't have a login for that site, but the cans I was looking at were brand new, British made NATO-issue (not "NATO-style") cans and include shipping - this is the best deal I could find for this specific can (with shipping):

I also prefer plastic and will probably go the same route as you unless I make a trip to Canada soon, but also don't like the style of the CARB cans available near me to convert....I have more online searching to do....
