Guatemala, San Salvador, and Honduras. Those countries have some of the highest murder rates in the world although a traffic accident would be more likely to take you out.
Why don't you just ride the same train South bound that hundreds of illegals immigrants use every day to come North.
I'd give someone about a 50-50 chance of making it without major problems if they tried to ride a motorcycle to Costa Rica, especially if it was a Harley.
