All of them used side stays with a center latch as stated by the person who first answered your question. The regulator hole location is there, but the hole is not punched out. That is true for VC-3, VC-6, WC-1, WC-54, etc. I think the WC-38 and related 2wd trucks got the window regulator, but I'm not positive about that and those two batches of 2wd trucks don't share many details with the 4wds so they are not a useful comparison.
