Used leaf springs should be cheap. Every truck that gets parted out has a pair that will more than likely go for scrap. U bolts shouldn't be reused. You can get them from shops that manufacture or re-arc springs.
The price on gas tanks will depend on condition. Old, beat up, corroded through tanks are not worth anything. Salvageable tanks will probably start at $100. Renewed or new tanks will begin around $400. If you don't have a tank at all, you are probably better to off buy a new one than mess with re-doing someone else's tank of unknown condition.
Seats are not that easy to find. Again, price depends on condition. I've seen just the springs sets (both back and bottom) starting at about $100 on Ebay. Seats in good condition with good upholstery will be way more, although I can't ever remember seeing any for sale.
