Just crank it without juice, and listen for a rhythm. If there is no rhythm, there is no problem. You can hear as little as 5 psi variation, well within the 10% limit.

But if you just gots to know, 85-100 depending on which head and how much it has been milled. Plus gauges vary too, they are best for comparison rather than absolute pressure. Hence the 10% figure instead of of a minimum PSI.

And wet tests are useless unless you do have a low hole. And even then, unless you have blow by puffing like an old steam train, the prob is not rings.

Because you just don't really know how much oil you put in, or how much stayed in without blowing out the valves, you just can't learn anything from a wet test.

That is my story and I/m sticking to it. YMMV.
