3D printing can now do metal. I have no idea of the cost.

There are a number of online machine shops that will make projects and give you an estimate from your CNC instructions. I think water jet cutting would be the way to go. They probably have brass plate to cut from. I don't know how the curve would be handled. Maybe just pressed in a fixture with matching curves.

I'm thinking that a brass sand cast is the way to go for a short run. There are (were?) a number of places that would make cast iron parts from patterns.

These places were common in mining areas and there was at least one in gold country that was doing small runs or individual cast iron gears.
