I do all of the design, programming and fixturing at my shop, but I haven't got around to making up any emblems. Programming these are easy, the problem is holding thin parts with lots of detail, ie the letters.

Another issue is all of the tight corners, milling machines don't work so well in 90 degree corners.

I work close with a guy that does our wire EDM work, and those cut nice tight corners. Since EDM is a low force process and doesn't require crazy fixturing, it is much easier to pull off complicated, thin parts.

My plan is to cut a 2" thick 'FARGO' brick and then cut perpendicular to do the surface steps and back radius.

I never really intended to sell any as I know they won't be cheap. I'll pull one off my truck and give it to the CMM guy to measure up and find out I guess.
