Since all old Dodge trucks in the USA were built here or in Canada they meet the EPA and DOT standards of the era they were built. The claim being made in these seizures is that the imported land rovers do to meet the EPA or DOT standards of the year they were built so they can't be legally imported or driven on US roads.

Nobody is coming after old Dodge trucks using the laws they are enforcing on the Land Rovers as they don't apply.
