The blinkers on your truck are as ugly as heck. Whoever put them on should be beaten. But, they are unique and I'll bet they are very functional. I'd hook them up, at least initially, that should be a pretty easy job.
It's sort of like the guys who get the truck with the front bumpers as big as the cow catchers on steam locomotives. They have to decide if the originality and usefulness of the add on makes them worth keeping.
