not sure it went through. The S.O. number is nothing you can use for registration. It's a number Dodge used to keep track of things.
Having said that, one of my trucks is registered with the S.O. number since they other numbers were missing or illegible and that's the first thing the DMV clerk saw that looked like a VIN. But, that's not the way to do it and it could cause problems when the truck is sold.
