A common way farmers were killed was when the rear wheels of the tractor were frozen to the ground. When the farmer tried to drive off, the tractor would do a wheelie and flop over onto its back.
The same thing can happen if the load is great and the pulling point is too high. It's important to keep the draw bar or attachment point below the rear axle center line.
But, you farmers know all that.
