Room for a intermediate propeller shaft would be questionable.
The input to the ranger is the same dimensions as the input is on the desired tranny, in all respects. It simply plugs right into the bell house/clutch. The other side of the Ranger is a Female to mate to the input shaft of the desired tranny. It is truly plug and play. But when you want to mix engine and tranny combos, the fun begins. With a machine shop and knowing how to use the tools....anything is possible.
