Brake pedal problem

I replaced the four wheel cylinders and the hoses on my WDX. I had a collapsed hose and one bad cylinder so I decided to do them all. My problem is that the pedal does not want to return all the way up. When I push the pedal, the truck does stop but it is almost at the floor. I re-bled them thinking air could be the problem but it did not get any better. What could be causing this? Thanks.
