Well, I guess "axle rebuild" might not bring to mind the tasks involved. Maybe, it's the wrong term. But you found it. It's mostly a knuckle rebuild but you will probably need bushings and maybe bearings, and certainly seals and on and on and on. And since, basically, everything on in or near the axle will probably need refurbishment or replacement, that's the closest I could come for a name.
