I really appreciate what you are saying. I plan to leave it as is in all regards anyhow. Heck, I just want to drive it five miles from my house to Cedarburg, Port Washington, Grafton and the occasional trip to Fleet Farm in Westbend. Most of all - I will take it to Home Deport and Menards for lumber and such. I want to mechanically restore it but I want to leave it as is. I will not be flaming it, bucketing it, etc. but I might put an old radio (that i wont be able to hear) in the glovebox. Your are right GM Harris - I am onto the suspension, glass, necessary guages, lights, etc. I love the truck as is. Used the winch already, so excellent and easy - there, safety as always. But without brakes cant put "Goldzilla" on the road.
