Yes, they certainly seem to...& that's fine for a set of brake shoes! :)
Not for a vehicle. Putting fixed price auctions on a vehicle...I bet you'd be better putting an ad in Hemmings if you're gun-shy about not having a reserve. Putting a reserve really hurts the bidding I find.
I was just shocked the number of email, phone calls & text messages I had on that Ramcharger I listed last week. I started it at $200 with no reserve....I had over 10,000 people view the auction, 500 folks had it on their watch list & it sold for $1000 over my Buy It Now price....& that's just a mediocre nice old vehicle...certainly not in the league of that fully nut & bolt restored Woody...although I feel it was restored in poor taste :)
That truck is a prime example of a truck that someone thought they were preserving it's heritage...hello...the truck doesn't even have a resemblance of the original firetruck & so I don't believe anyone would have been any worse upset buy Vitoing the fire pump & hoses! :)....
See there I go again...I can't help myself!
