Looks like a set of Rockwell wheels. Simple enough idea. I see the rear fenders were "touched up" a slight bit. I actually thought about doing this with a set of Rockwell tires and wheels that I have on hand and adapting them to fit my current 8 lug hubs on my Carryall that way I could run BIG NDTs in a parade or something.
