Looking very likely. Does that engine truly not have a valve cover?
I almost took a close-up of the casting number on the bell housing, but ended up not doing it. I could play with the hi-res photo and see if I can make it out. I couldn't figure what good it would do me since I didn't know what make it was. Does the steering wheel hub mean anything to you? That looks rather unique to me, with a cast aluminum hub which probably once had wooden spokes in it.
