The first thought is 1929ish Chevy, but the engine doesn't look right. The Blackhawk (Stutz owned car line) had a OHV 6 with an updraft carb, but that engine also looks wrong.
Judging by what I'm finding I'd guess late 1920s to early 1930s car being used as a truck.
Too bad all the bits are missing off the engine. I bet at least one of those had a make stamped into them.
