no it wouldn't it would sink right through the oil to the bottom. oil and water DO NOT MIX. alcohol/ethanol free gas wont mix with water either. petroleum just wont mix with water in most any form. if you pull the drain plug on the diffs or tcase tranny etc and pure water domes out you could probably just put the plug back in as soon as you see oil and run it in a pinch but I would just change all fluids anyway.
