I guess if I could afford a ferrari or lambo this wouldn't bother me but I just can never get over the feeling that super high revs is killing the engine. I realize most newer engines are built for more revs and it isn't wearing them excessively but I still prefer to shift at 2000 rpm maybe 2500. It does sound good when it is someone else's car.
