try getting the part. the recall calls for replacement. the replacement parts were recalled. i have been registering the issue with my dealer in case my next of kin has the need to document my attempts at getting it fixed. i have not been impressed with my servicing dealer. i will be going gmc on my next diesel truck. might not be as good as the dodge, but the service is awesome.
