The one on my M54 wrecker is unlike any other that I've seen. It's a tiny push-button that looks just like the kind of circuit breaker that's built into some electric motors. It's not electric, though. There's no lever -- to release you just press the brake pedal a second time. It works good, though. I've left it locked all day while using the crane for construction and it's never leaked off.
