I have every Sams Photofact from #1 (~1947) up through the mid-60s, and a bunch of uncataloged files of them after that. On the other hand, that model looks about as simple as they come, and a guy who knows something about radios should be able to fix it without a manual. One thing you have to look out for with any old radio is previous attempts to fix it that turned it into a hacked-up mess under the chassis.
