is if you have a paint job like yours and the truck has a few dings, people say they are just character marks and to be expected since the truck lived the hard life it was meant to.
But, if you re-paint it and the dings show through the shiny paint, they'll say you did a crappy job. I'd have to agree. Either do the job 100 percent or don't paint it.
From the photo, it looks fine. I'd drive it to Starbucks and have a lot of people looking at it.
