This definition makes the most sense, however it creates a contradiction in itself. If "restored" means returning "to an earlier or original conditions", and in that process new bolts, glass, paint, etc. are used, it is no longer in "original condition". "Original" only occurs once. This is like deciding whether one has a gin pole or an A frame. Ha Ha
