If you lived around here you would the best builder. I cant believe even the big Mall stores they build use OSB. When I had our house and garages built I told the builder that I wanted 5/8 plywood on the roof he said that's overkill I said call it what you want but thats what I want and it got done. I have seen a few wavey roofs from snow load using OSB and probably too wide rafter spacing. There is no doubt in my mind that plywood is far better than OSB and I will pay the percentage more over OSB for plywood
