I don't like to say shoulda done this" but if you had that good of compression in the holes with unbent valves then you should have just replaced the bent valves and driven the truck. Now because you replaced all the valves you have to grind the seats. Lapping will never work at this point unless you lap them soo long that you wear a deep groove into the new valve face. Even then it still may not work. you can possibly rent a seat grinder. it doesn't take much grinding to clean up the seats usually. the grinding kit will have different stones or cutters with different angles. The manual will tell you which angle to use. I believe it 45 or 46 degrees for both.
