it's going to be the new normal. We've not had what was once a normal year in Southern California for years.
The forests are decimated here because the trees are no longer strong enough to resist the bark beetles and the Winters are not cold enough to kill the beetles.
Time Magazine has an article about how grazing on public lands is being cut back because the land can no longer support both wild and domestic animals.
