I cant remember the exact details of 4 years ago, and I did not make notes. Here is the gist of what I remember.
The M715 disk kit will work on the Dana 70 axles.... BUT require the M715 hubs and I am not sure about the wheels.
I wanted to use my PG Hubs/wheels so I bought the M715 kits with out the rotor flanges welded tot he hubs. They were just loose in the box.
I then fab'ed the hubs/rotor flanges for correct spacing with the PG Hubs/Wheels. It was a lot of work but I am happy.
I suggest you contact Ray and get all the exact details regarding your PG Hubs/wheels.
