In almost every hobby, including Power Wagons, there seems to be a handfull of folks that know just about all there is to know concerning the Hobby. From my brief viewing of Mule Web pages, I think one of the foremost Mule experts is Bill Watson. According to this Web Page, Bill knows as much as anyone on the subject AND he is in North Carolina. According to the Web Page, he loves to talk to anyone with questions on the Mule. He would probably know of some fixer-uppers on the East Coast.
Bill has an award winning Mule. He hasn't shown it for a couple of years but says he is planning on having the Mule at the 2001 MVPA National Convention in Ft. Lee, Virginia for display only.
