I have a link to a Mule spec sheet below. I belive that the 17hp engine is rated at top cruising speed of only 25 mph. This coupled with the completly exposed low silowete (sp) drivers position would make this a problem in any urban driving situation. I don't know of any that are registered for the road. It would be a truly awesome vehicle for the farm, or berry picking expeditions.
