I'd say a very sraight sound body and frame, working in every aspect, eng.-brakes- wipers-and hopefully a winch. It should be intact, no gauges missing or hanging out. No welded up or added on angle iron or other disfiguring modifications or patches. Windows can easily be replaced but, as in my 64' WM300, the replaced windows no longer sported the chrysler star as did the originals. Don't expect perfection, just get what you pay for. I gave $500 for my first 64'WM300 beater back in the early 80s, I gave $1000 for my 2nd 64'WM300 in 87-88' which had very straight sheet metal and a winch, and a $400 63'WM300 rolling drivetrain & chassis I bought for parts that had been used as a skidder in south central FL. Almost every hard worked PW in the south I've seen has had the frame broken and welded behind the cab, check for this when inspecting. It was nice when everyone didn't want a PW and they could be had at cheap prices compaired to now, but then again, It was a lonely time too.
