Brought to you by the American Lung Association....BS....If you are using a grinder you will also kick out fine dust particles....it is not a risk free adventure in restoration land....wear a good, PROPER FITTING, respirator...not one of those paper masks and you will not get silicosis...or rust lung if you are using a grinder....

Jonas how are you painting that freshly ground frame???? with a paint brush??? Paint vapors and mist is worse than sillica sand...especially if you use a hardener which is the same stuff as super glue...do not beleive me ....read the label on both..... isocyanate...
